The staff were helpful and courteous. I requested my complimentary meals as take away, and it was ready by the time I checked out. I did not realize they have a clean dining area. It is a spacious dining area overlooking the runway.
It was very difficult to get much sleep. It sounded as though there was a canteen above the room, and chairs and tables got dragged around. It was very loud until late.

the hotel was difficult to locate. i found signage and directions were poor. after my long flight, i wasted time trying to find it. it was quite frustrating. no bottled water was in the room!!!

I appreciated the easy access to the Lounge after checking out. This allowed me to have a meal. The food options included both Western and Asian choices. The location was easy to find near D41 in Terminal 1. This made it great for a rest between flights. I found the facilities very comfortable.
I found it very difficult to locate the hotel, as the signage was not clear. This resulted in time wasted after a tiring flight.

The double room included comfortable beds with quality bed linen. The bathroom was spacious and had good sanitary ware. Two towels per guest were provided.
